The element could possibly burn out or become damaged if the heater tube is not primed with water before the unit is switched on. Titanium heater elements are the longest lasting and most durable hot tub heater element on the market. Compared to standard Incoloy or coated elements, titanium is the prefered choice by many manufacturers to keep warranty costs down. Titanium is also very resistant to salt corrosion. |
